  • Geographic Expansion:  Expanded into new geographies, increasing the company’s overall market coverage and creating a more consistent and connected operating footprint
  • Platform Operating Initiatives:  Completed major initiatives in sales, service and operations, including “USS Strong”, an initiative to identify and drive best practices across the company
  • Upgraded Core Technology:  Implemented a new technology system focused on providing a stronger operating infrastructure and set of tools for the company’s service teams
  • Acquisition Program:  Developed and executed on a highly successful acquisition program, with 33 acquisitions completed during the investment period
  • Platform Build Out:  Worked with CEO Ron Carapezzi, helping him develop a next generation organizational infrastructure, with multiple senior executive hired into newly created positions
