Ironshore Inc. today announced that Ronald A. Sandler has been elected to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Sandler has many years of global financial services experience and is a recognized leader within the London insurance market, where he was Chief Executive Officer of Lloyd’s (1995 – 1999). He has also held senior positions with National Westminster Bank plc, Exco plc, Martin Bierbaum Group plc, Booz Allen & Hamilton,Inc. and Boston Consulting Group, Inc. He is currently a director of Fortis, Computacenter plc and several private companies.
