JEREMY A. THATCHER is a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Calera Capital.

Prior to joining Calera Capital in 2007, Mr. Thatcher was Chief Financial Officer of Friedman Fleischer & Lowe, LLC, a middle-market private equity firm.  Previously, Mr. Thatcher was employed at Meritus Research Inc., a hedge fund research and consulting firm.  Mr. Thatcher began his career working for Deloitte & Touche LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in their audit and advisory services groups.  Mr. Thatcher is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Thatcher received a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
