James A. Halow is a Managing Director of Calera Capital and a member of the General Partner.

Mr. Halow currently serves as a Director of Ironshore Corporation (commercial property and casualty insurer) and Rock-It Cargo LLC (provider of specialty logistics). He also serves as a Director of the nonprofits Okizu Foundation and Family House.

Prior to joining Calera Capital in 2000, Mr. Halow worked for Salomon Smith Barney's Technology Investment Banking Group in San Francisco. While at Salomon, Mr. Halow completed a variety of merger and acquisition transactions and debt and equity financings.

Mr. Halow received a B.A. from Stanford University where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
