SETCO and TUBED PRODUCTS, formerly the packaging business of McCormick and Company (NYSE: MKC), develop, manufacture and market high quality custom and stock plastic bottles, squeeze tubes, and closures for the vitamin, pharmaceutical, food and spice, and personal care markets. The companies' plants are located in Anaheim and Oxnard, California; Monroe Township, New Jersey; and Easthampton, Massachusetts. Together, Setco and Tubed Products have approximately 1,400 employees.

In August 2003, Kerr Group, a Calera Capital II portfolio company, acquired Setco and Tubed Products using capital from Calera Capital III. Calera Capital sold Kerr Group to Berry Plastics Corporation in June 2005.
