Juno Lighting, Inc. (Nasdaq: JUNO) announced today that Thomas “Tracy” Bilbrough has joined the Company as President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Bilbrough was most recently with Thomas and Betts as the President of the Commercial Division, Electrical Components Group. Prior to that, he spent nineteen years with Black and Decker where his positions included President of the Eastern Hemisphere and Vice President, Sales and Marketing of the DeWalt Division. Glenn Bordfeld, as President of the Juno Lighting division, will report to Mr. Bilbrough.
