Juno Lighting, Inc. (Nasdaq: JUNO – news) announced today that its board of directors has appointed Glenn Bordfeld to serve as a director. Mr. Bordfeld has been associated with Juno Lighting since 1982 and currently serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer.
Bob Jaunich, Chairman of Juno, said “Glenn Bordfelf has extensive experience in the lighting industry and has provided strong leadership at Juno since becoming President. We are delighted to welcome him to the board.”
Mr. Jaunich went on to say, “Over the next few months, we will seek to identify independent directors who have substantial operating experience and who can be helpful to the company in achieving its strategic objectives.”
